Visits for individuals
Visits for individuals, for a minimum duration of one hour, are organised on fixed dates.

You should arrive 10 minutes before the start of the visit at the rendezvous point .
Payment is at the begginning of the visit. The rate is indicated on the agenda.
Payment accepted in EUro using only cash.
Fees for entrance have to be paid directly to the site.
The visits concerned are indicated.
Outdoors visits will be maintained if it rains.
Each participant is under his own responsability in the event of accidents.
The guide reserves the right to cancel or modify the scheduling in case of imperative.
Tours for groups
Group tours for a minimum duration of one hour according to availability on estimate.
A payment of 50% of the price is necessary to make the booking with the balance of the order due and payable the day of visit.
Payments can be done in euro by cash or by bank transfer.
For a better experience of the visite a group of adults includes a minimum of 7 people and a maximum of 30 people.
A school group is limited to a maximum of 30 participants (including escorts).
Visits to museums and monuments can optionally request a reservation. The number of participants in each group can vary from 15 to 30 people.
Rates for groups do not include price entrance or speaking aloud required in some areas.
The applied rates are packages from 130€ per group.
If it rains the outside visits will be maintained.
Each participant is under his own responsability in the event of accidents.
Any cancellation for extraordinary reasons (such as unplanned closure of a monument, a public event, etc.), outside the control of the guide, will not be refounded but postponed.
Cancellation charges: according to the cancellation date considering the date of the visit.
More than 15 days before the visit: 0% from the total amount
From 14 to 8 days before the visit: 50% from the total amount
From 7 to 1 days before the visit: 75% from the total amount
No-show: 100% from the total amount
